Simple internal task management for small and growing teams
Keep important tasks from getting lost in chat.
Cetli brings your team's internal tasks into one place. Everyone can see what needs doing, who owns it, when it is due, and what has happened so far.

1. Does this sound familiar?
Daily operations fall apart easily when tasks have no shared home.
Daily operations involve many short tasks at once. Without owners, statuses, and history, follow-up falls back on managers and the same few people.
Internal tasks sink between chat messages and email threads.
Nobody can see who owns the next step or when it should be finished.
Recurring work must be assigned and chased manually every time.
There is no shared record of who completed a task, when, and how.
During shift or department handovers, nobody can see exactly where the work stands.
Important internal information and process guides remain scattered across several places.
A real Cetli view
The whole story of a task stays in one place.
Alongside the owner, deadline, and status, the description, files, comments, and every important decision remain attached to the same task.
6. Why is Cetli simpler?
The tools needed for daily operations work together in one system.
Cetli connects tasks with the people, departments, and information they need to keep moving.
Departments, one or more assignees, priority, and deadlines make the next step explicit.
Daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly series remove the need to recreate the same task.
Today, statuses, the calendar, and history show what is moving and what is stuck.
Descriptions, checklists, files, comments, and process documents can stay with the task.
Capture work quickly, assign people and departments, and add deadlines, priorities, labels, and checklists. List, Kanban, and full history show the same work from different angles.
Projects get their own members, lead, status flow, and Kanban board, keeping project work separate from everyday department tasks.
Add time blocks, participants, and recurrence to tasks. The calendar also highlights capacity and scheduling conflicts.
Build a folder-based, versioned knowledge base with access controls, and link published documents directly to tasks.
Publish to everyone or selected departments with images, scheduling, reactions, and followable comments.
Invite colleagues, assign them to departments and roles, and manage workspace membership in one place.
Departments, custom roles, and resource-level access control visibility and available actions.
Prepare editable task drafts, break work into smaller steps, write or summarize faster, and ask sourced questions about Cetli content you can access.

4. How it works
Follow every step from the first report to completed work.
There is no need to ask in another message whether anything happened. The task status and history give every authorised person the same view.
Capture. Someone records what happened or what needs doing, including from a phone.
Assign. The task gets an owner, department, deadline, and priority when needed.
Follow. The team sees the status, discussion, and a record of meaningful changes.

5. Why is chat not enough?
Chat is good for conversation. Cetli shows what is happening to the task.
Cetli does not replace the way your team communicates. It gives actionable internal work a shared, searchable system.

2. Who is Cetli for?
Teams whose daily work moves between people, locations, or departments.
It is especially useful when chat, email, spreadsheets, and verbal updates must be pieced together to understand what remains.
For administration, sales, HR, and customer requests.
For opening, closing, stock, and maintenance routines.
For issues, repairs, inspections, and handovers.
For daily routines, guest requests, and shift changes.
For handing over information and responsibility reliably.

3. Typical situations Cetli solves
Short, important, and recurring work should always have a clear next step.
Capture it immediately, assign an owner, and follow it through completion.
Keep the request visible and show who is handling the replacement.
The next person sees the same status and history.
Start the task automatically at the right time.
Connect it to news, a process guide, or a specific task.

7. Confidence in daily use
We rely on verifiable product behaviour, not invented promises.
Cetli follows the same principles for every important action: permission checks, traceability, and human approval.
Access to workspaces, departments, projects, and private content is checked by the server, not only hidden in the interface.
Task creation, assignment, meaningful edits, comments, and completion remain traceable.
AI produces an editable proposal. Tasks and changes are saved only after the user approves them.
Leadership visibility
Do not rely on asking around to find where work is stuck.
The Focus center gathers work that needs attention, shows its owners and the team's active workload – always limited to the departments you are allowed to see.
9. Important questions
What to know before choosing a company system.
Permissions, plan changes, data protection, and planned integrations—clearly and without pretending future work already exists.
Can Cetli manage recurring tasks?
Yes. Create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and yearly series with weekend rules, pausing, and resuming.
What happens after changing or cancelling a plan?
Existing users and data remain. If usage exceeds the new plan, existing content stays available, while new quota-consuming actions require freeing capacity or upgrading.
Is data import or an external integration available?
Excel/CSV, Trello, and ClickUp import are planned directions, but a complete import flow is not available yet. We do not present them as existing features.
How does Cetli protect access and files?
The server independently checks access to every workspace, task, project, knowledge document, and file. Read the Privacy Policy for detailed data-processing information.
