The service
Cetli provides workspace-based collaboration for tasks, recurring tasks, projects, news, process documentation, comments, files, notifications, roles, and departments. Available functionality may vary by plan and may evolve as the service is developed.
Accounts, workspaces, and permissions
- The registering user acts as workspace admin and is responsible for invitations, memberships, roles, and settings.
- Registration and billing information must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Users are responsible for securing their credentials, devices, and sessions.
- The Provider does not verify the underlying organizational relationship for access granted by a workspace admin.
User content
Ownership of uploaded content remains with the user or the organization they represent. The user grants the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to operate the service.
- Users may upload only content they are entitled to use.
- Illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
- Customers should maintain an appropriate export and backup process for critical business information.
Plans and launch period
Every new workspace starts with a free 30-day Mini trial without a bank card. During the trial, admins may switch to Medium or Pro, but not to Start. If two additional members join the workspace and 50 non-deleted tasks are created during the initial 30 days, excluding the automatic starter task, the one-time Launch bonus provides 30 additional free days. Without activation, the workspace returns to Start at the end of the trial without data loss.
Promotional net monthly fees are HUF 29,000 for Mini, HUF 49,000 for Medium, and HUF 99,000 for Pro; Pro Max is available by custom quote. Annual billing receives a further 20% discount from twelve promotional monthly fees. Before checkout, Cetli displays the selected plan and period, promotional net and gross price, tax, first charge date, and renewal terms.
Payment, invoicing, and renewal
Card payments are processed by Stripe; Cetli does not store full card details. The workspace admin provides billing information and is responsible for its accuracy. Invoices are issued through Számlázz.hu and may be delivered electronically.
A subscription renews automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Cancellation and payment method management are available through the secure Stripe customer portal opened from Cetli.
Failed renewal and downgrade
A failed renewal of an active paid subscription may start a seven-day grace period. If payment is not resolved, the workspace may return to the Start plan. Data is not automatically deleted solely because of the downgrade; content above a later activated plan limit may become restricted or read-only.
Acceptable use
Users must not bypass security, access another account without authorization, upload malware, overload the service through automation, send unsolicited messages, or use Cetli for illegal or abusive activity. Access may be restricted while a suspected violation is investigated.
Use of AI features
AI features may depend on the subscription plan, workspace-level enablement, role permission, and monthly allowance. On enablement, and after a material change to the processing scope, the workspace admin confirms that they are authorized to act for the organization and will appropriately inform users.
AI-generated task and edit drafts are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to results generated for others. They are not professional advice and must not be used for decision-making without human review. A task is created or changed only after the user separately approves it, and the user is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and suitability of the input, output, and approved task.
Users must not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data, unauthorized confidential content, illegal or rights-infringing instructions, or attempt to bypass AI safety or content controls. The Provider may restrict AI access in response to abuse, security risk, or legal obligation.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a continuous and secure service, but maintenance, updates, third-party failures, or force majeure may cause interruptions. Features may be improved, changed, or retired; where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of material adverse changes.
Termination and data
Users or workspace admins may end access or subscription through the available controls. The Provider may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, security risk, or legal obligation. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The Provider is responsible for the service within the mandatory limits of applicable law. The Provider is not responsible for user content, incorrect permission configuration, failure of a third-party service, or data loss within the customer's control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and amendments
Hungarian law applies without prejudice to mandatory EU and consumer-protection rules. We first seek to resolve disputes amicably. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app or by email; the current version is always available on this page.
